Alana and I collaborated to explore different settings, props and learn from each other. We decided to give our friends at Greengate Garden Center a visit since Louisiana weather has been crazy. The beautiful greenery made for a gorgeous backdrop. It was so interesting to see our two completely different styles mesh together to come up with this final product. We also showed up in total opposite clothing! (black grunge vs crisp white linen!) The photography world tends to be a "every-man-for-himself" type world - it doesn't have to be though. It was refreshing to genuinely learn and bounce ideas off each other. Looking forward to our next endeavors together!

What do you get when you mix a model + a photographer + a pretty Louisiana day? RIDICULOUSLY PRETTY PICTURES. Amanda and I got together for a creative styled shoot on her parent's property in Church Point, LA. She threw on a dress, I grabbed my camera and we hashed out these beautiful images in 20 minutes! We went down to Rutherford Beach, Louisiana for this pirate & mermaid themed shoot for my kid's birthday invitations. I was so surprised to see how close this beach was from my house. The kids really enjoyed the sunny day and putting their feet in the water. We will definitely be back for a family picnic soon!

These two Texans both have hearts the size of well, TEXAS. It was such a pleasure getting to photograph this couple's cheery personalities and of course, Mr. Dinkleman, their Yorkshire terrier!

I took Justin & Christiana down a dirt road in Iowa, LA for a rural themed shoot. These two love birds are too cute for words and made my job a breeze. Any idea I had they were willing to do it, they surely made my vision come to life!

This country girl loves her tractor! She was completely in her element and of course, was all smiles with her best friend Mia!
